Johnson City, NY – William J. Skinner (Leonard) 66, of Johnson City, NY, passed away peacefully at his home on Saturday, March 5, 2022. parents, Stanley Cole-Skinner and Arlene (Lewis) Skinner; son, William J. Skinner Jr.; sister, Esther (Skinner) Cosner; brother-in-law, Milo O’Dell and Tom Thomas; niece, Desiree Thomas; Nephew, Jeffrey Cosner. He is survived by; his daughters Katrina, Sabrina and Maranda Skinner; brother, Kenneth Skinner; sisters, Marie (Skinner) Evelyn and Thomas (Skinner) O’Dell and Diane Ziemba; granddaughters, Jayde and Mia Skinner; and his bonus family, Cindy Rose, mother to Katrina and Sabrina; Donald Tonkin Jr. and Amy Northrop (Damin, Kaiden, Dominick, McKennah), Dawn Rose (Khalia and Amiah), Ann Rose and Gerrard Blacknell (Miasia and Armani), Jay and Annie Orcutt, Jodi Cobb and Greg Thompson, and many more family members and friends. Leonard enjoyed spending his time on the track, watching quad and speedway bikes, bands and family cookouts. He loved his Harley and hunting. He served as a groundskeeper at Vestal Hills Memorial Park for many years. He enjoyed his retirement by spending time with his grandchildren. He will be greatly missed and loved forever.

The funeral will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, March 11, 2022 at the Savage-DeMarco Funeral Service, 338 Conklin Ave Binghamton, NY 13903.
