CARNEGIE, PA – Timothy Allen Fisher, 71, of Carnegie, PA, passed away at Pittsburgh VA Medical Center on June 16, 2021 after a brief illness.

He was born on March 3, 1950 to the late Boyd and Ruth McBride Fisher.

He graduated from Beaver High School Class in 1967 and was a proud veteran of the United States Navy.

He was a former bartender on Norwegian Cruise Line, which allowed him to tour several ports around the world. Most recently he was employed by Blend Cigar Bar in Pittsburgh. He had a great sense of humor, always made others laugh, and never met a stranger. This resulted in him building a reputation for being the greatest bartender in Pittsburgh. Tim was a member of the Bartenders Guild.

He is missing from his East Liverpool daughter Megan Beagle and her husband Tom; Grandson, Perry Beagle (Jackie), Shayne Beagle, Randi Shaw (John), Tyler Fisher (Hannah Haustman) and Phillip

Beagle; Great-grandchildren, Emmett, Seliece, Sylis, Annie, David, Caroline, JJ, and Josephine; Companion, Patty Giovengeo and her son Ryan Giovengeo (Stephanie) and their children Braydon and Lee (Prisma) and their son Marco.

Pastor Donna Doutt celebrates Tim’s life on Saturday, June 19, 2021 at 5 p.m. at the Arner Funeral Chapel in Chester, WV. Friends and family can pay a visit before the funeral service from 4pm to 5pm
